Pastor Rolland and Noreen have been married for over 29 years and are proud parents to four daughters and grandparents to five wonderful grandchildren. Together, they have served in pastoral ministry for more than 23 years, faithfully dedicating their lives to sharing the message of Jesus Christ and serving the local church. For the past seven years, they have had the privilege of leading Sturgeon Falls Pentecostal Church with compassion, vision, and a deep love for the community.
A native of Sturgeon Falls, Pastor Rolland graduated from L’École Secondaire Franco-Cité and has always carried a strong connection to his hometown. His heart for the people of this region is evident in his ministry and in his genuine care for others. As the church’s teaching pastor, he brings the Word of God each Sunday morning with clarity, depth, and a desire to see lives transformed by the gospel.
Noreen serves faithfully alongside her husband, contributing to the ministry in an administrative capacity and supporting the many areas of church life that help the ministry thrive. Together, Pastor Rolland and Noreen exemplify servant leadership and a shared commitment to seeing individuals and families in Sturgeon Falls come to know and grow in Christ.

Beverly Courchesne
Beverly Courchesne serves as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator at Sturgeon Falls Pentecostal Church, bringing with her many years of dedicated service in both ministry and education. With extensive experience working with children in school settings, Beverly has developed a deep understanding of how to engage young hearts and minds in ways that inspire faith and curiosity about God’s Word.
In her role, Beverly oversees the planning and delivery of our children’s programs, ensuring that each lesson, activity, and event reflects biblical truth and supports the spiritual growth of our youngest members. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment where children can experience God’s love, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and form lasting friendships within the church family.
Beverly’s genuine love for children, combined with her steadfast commitment to Christian education, makes her an invaluable part of the ministry team at Sturgeon Falls Pentecostal Church. Through her leadership, the next generation is being nurtured to know, love, and serve the Lord.
